Personalised Care

We provide a comprehensive range of core support services to meet the needs of NDIS Participants in Sydney Metropolitan and its surrounds. Our team delivers client centric holistic care that supports, respects, encourages, engages, nurtures and  empowers participants at home and in the community.

Our Services Include

Our Day Programs – Activities and Workshops

We have developed an inclusive, engaging, interactive and skill-building day program for people of all abilities and ages.

Social and Community Access

we support and encourage positive social interactions and assist you in attending community activities and events.

Domestic Assistance

We provide aid in cooking, meal prep, and support for eating and drinking, all part of our meal assistance services.

Respite, Short Term Accommodation and Holiday Support

We provide short term accommodation (STA) and respite care for NDIS clients and their families. We provide improved independence and confidence through our holiday support. We plan, book and arrange support workers for your trip.

School Leavers Employment Supports

Support that gives you the skills and confidence to help you move from school to employment. Available to NDIS students in their final year and preparing to leave secondary school.

Personal Care

We provide a range of personal care activities, including Showering and bathing, Hair and Oral hygiene and care etc.

Specialised Substitute Residential Care (SSRC)  – Children

Ability Hub Services is an approved Specialised Substitute Residential Care (SSRC) Provider registered by the Office of the Children’s Guardian to provide centre-based Out-of-Home Care.

If support is needed to assist with care for children and young people with disability outside the family home, AHS can assist. Voluntary out of home care provides respite for children and young people who are living with their family members or carers.
